Telephone Banking is available toll free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides you with a convenient and easy to use way of obtaining a variety of UP-TO-THE-MINUTE information on your accounts from anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone. Our Telephone Banking has been enhanced and it is an extension of our traditional banking services. It is USER FRIENDLY and allows you to save time, energy and expense. Access your checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, your CDs and IRAs, and all loan account information swiftly and easily. You can obtain available account balance information that you have linked with us, posting of ATM/VISA® Check Card transactions, checks and deposits, checking interest and escrow (tax) information and other transactions. You can now know what checks were paid and have knowledge that your direct deposit was credited to your account on the date received. You can also transfer funds between accounts and obtain information about our current rates, products and services. FIRST TIME TELEPHONE BANKING CLIENTS – This is a secure system; so the first time you access any account, you will be prompted to enter the last four digits of the primary account owner’s social security number. You will then be prompted to choose a four digit PIN that is easy to remember because you will need to know your PIN every time you access your account(s). We strongly recommend that you do not use any portion of your address, telephone number or any other number that can be easily found by an unauthorized person. To get started please follow each prompt’s steps.
- Dial toll free 1-877-788-0448 and listen to each prompt carefully.
- Have your 10 digit account number(s) and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number ready to enter when prompted, indexing the information through the telephone keypad. Never leave your Personal Identification Number (PIN) exposed or give it to anyone. This could be a costly mistake.
- Dollar amounts are entered differently; please listen carefully to all prompts.
- Change your PIN if you feel it is not secure. Just select the “Change Pin” function and follow the prompts.
